Ascend Armenia is a self supported ultra distance bikepacking race starting in Yerevan, the capital of Armenia, and ending in Dilijan, Armenian spa town, approximately 8 days later. The event is organized and run as an effort to build awareness and support of the sport of cycling in Armenia. The goal is to feature this beautiful country, her warm and hospitable people, her culture, and the beautiful, challenging terrain.
