Vistula 1200 is an unsupported bikepacking marathon across the Vistula river, from springs under Mt. Barania Góra to the river’s mouth in Gdansk. The route leads through roads, paths, rubbles and dikes. You will be able to enjoy the beauty of Krakow, Warsaw, Torun and Gdansk and peculiarity of Janowiec, Sandomierz, Zawichost, Plock, Dobrzyn, Chełmno, Swiecie, Grudziac and Gniew. On your way, you’ll encounter broad old river-beds, flowages full of wild birds, sand dunes, sand bars, and quaint villages frozen in time. There will be only one winner.
